 Giddings Awardees were honored at a Luncheon attended by their families and school personal at The Greenport on Sunday, June 2. Each recipient has demonstrated leadership, community service, and high academic standing during their high school years and will receive a $6000 scholarship applicable to his or her post-secondary certificate or college degree program. These students represented all school districts in Columbia County and were selected first by the guidance counselors at their school and finally by the Giddings Board of Directors.
